Guan Yu gives the ten singing-girls over to his sisters-in-law, and tells them that the girls should be returned to Cao Cao later on, when they [Guan Yu and the others] take their leave. Cao Cao still does not give up, and asks his civil and military officials to give him advice. Later he comes up with a plan on his own.
